As to closing, small stores of this nature will occasionally close early if the traffic has died off. Sorry that you had a bad experience--try them a bit earlier next time, they're a great group!

I believe they hire at 16 but I could be wrong it may be 15, call them and ask, I'm sure they would be glad to answer your question
